This form is the preliminary process step to join PLEDGE DELEGATES in becoming a client member to use and benefit from our services.  Please complete the REGISTRATION FORM below and submit it. 

PLEDGE DELEGATES will run a Conflicts-Check to assure no conflict(s) exist prior to facilitating solo practice attorneys and law firms in general, client membership with us. 

All active licensed attorneys of the firm are included to receive our legal support services once your firm's membership is successfully approved and activated.  We trust you can appreciate our efforts in making sure our relationship starts off in conformity with the utmost compliant and ethical integrity.  Before we begin what we hope to be a long lasting relationship, we want to assure our services will cast no doubt of potential conflicts; thus, the explanation for running conflicts check.  This process takes about twenty-four (24) hours to complete.

Once the conflicts-check is successfully completed, an invitation link to pay the registration fee online via our website will be emailed to you, to process the payment for the membership option selected: monthly, quarterly, annually - best fitting for your practice, the firm.   ​​Upon successful registration and payment, a designated portal through our website will be assigned to you.  We will send you a link of same with a temporary username, password and instructions to login.  Your designated portal will contain various useful forms, and need-to-know detailed information about your membership with us and our services.
